For the Filling

  • 1012 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

For the Glaze

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

  1. Prepare the Dough: If using homemade dough, mix the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in a large bowl. Warm the milk and butter together, then add to the dry ingredients with the egg. Mix until combined, knead for 5 minutes, then let it rise for 1 hour.
  2. Roll the Dough: On a floured surface, roll the dough into a rectangle about ¼ inch thick.
  3. Add the Filling: Spread the softened butter evenly, sprinkle the brown sugar, cinnamon, and crushed Oreos over the dough.
  4. Shape the Rolls: Roll the dough into a tight log and cut it into 1-inch thick slices. Place in a greased baking dish.
  5. Second Rise: Cover and let the rolls rise again for 30 minutes.
  6. Bake: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake for 18-22 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Make the Glaze: Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
