- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Optional: 1 cup sliced mushrooms, 1/4 cup red wine for deglazing
Instructions
- Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Melt butter in a saucepan, add garlic, thyme, and rosemary, and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour the garlic butter mixture over the cooked steaks.
