  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced chicken sausage and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
